Tangibility Project

The Tangibility Project is an initiative to explore virtual sensation on touch-screen devices.

This project is an exploration of imaginative interaction, which aims to elicit thought and mindfulness about everyday tactile interactions.

By developing interactive audio-visual applications for touch-screens with specific simulations of real-world touch interactions, this project strives to research some fundamental topics in somatosensory interactions with tangible interfaces.

Furthermore, a playful interaction with the touchscreen is elicited as there’s no predetermined goal set, which allows the user to play with touching real-world objects and textures.
